As you gaze at the spectacular panorama of Tuscany from Villa Sermolli or in our antique kitchen from the 16 century, the finest culinary creation will be served to you, to guarantee the height of pleasure.
Our chef decuisine, Francesco celebrates local, regional and Italian top-class cuisine, which will delight you with its organic ingredients from the farms in our neighbouring area, with the fresh herbs from our own garden and most especially by its authentic flavour.
The breakfast buffet is served from 8.00 to 11.00 in the breakfast room, and when it is possible, on the rooftop terrace with amazing panoramic view.
Using fresh, local ingredients our Chef creates two different, typically Tuscan 4-course menus daily.
Weekly we grill our “Bistecca alla Fiorentina”, the T-bone steak of Italy, on open flame in our antique kitchen.
Each week we heat up our 400-year-old wood-burning oven and serve your favourite pizza.
Daily from 6:30 p.m. enjoy a refreshing aperitif on our sun terrace. We also serve homemade appetizers and a view of the vastness of Tuscany.
